FIELD MANAGERDue to growth within our company, we are seeking a Field Manager to join our field (delivery, install, service) team in Hawkesville (just outside of Waterloo). Our field team is integral in providing our clients with a memorable Chervin experience.This is a full-time position with 44 hours a week and requires the employee to be on-site. Regular travel to the Muskoka region and GTA would be required to review job sites and conduct check-ins with staff. Wage commensurate with experience. We are growing every year, and we would love to have you join our team of cabinetmakers on the exciting journey ahead.WHAT YOU’LL DOo Review upcoming schedule/workload to ensure adequate resources are availableo Assign projects to installers, and project managers, and create weekly scheduleso Monitor job completion and work with appropriate departments to ensure jobs are completed in a timely mannero Responsible for hiring, controlling, and contract agreements with Subcontractorso Communicate regularly with builders and customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any potential quality issueso Work with individual employees to provide coaching and help them achieve their career goalso Ensure strong teamwork within the Installation department and ensure healthy collaboration with other departmentso Track and provide reporting on install KPIso Continuously review current policies and procedures and make suggestions for areas of improvemento Work with the delivery supervisor to hire and build a quality delivery team, oversee vehicle usage, assist with scheduling and controlling fleet maintenanceo Ensure the health and safety of all work being done by delivery, installation, and service departmentsWHAT YOU’LL BRINGOur vision at Chervin is to create inspired interiors that grace your living space with unrivalled quality, distinction, and peace of mind.
