Job Description

Territory Sales ManagerAre you outgoing and customer-focused Do you have a passion for selling Do you enjoy the challenge that comes with expanding into a new market If so, eSupply Canada has the perfect opportunity for you.eSupply Canada is an online distributor of office, janitorial, and industrial supplies. We give our customers a local alternative to the big-box retailers and ship to homes and places of business from coast to coast to coast.eSupply Canada is looking for three (3) Territory Sales Managers to lead our expansion into the Guelph, Cambridge, and Waterloo markets. These positions will eventually lead to a franchise ownership model, so candidates must be willing grow into territory and business owners.Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop strong professional relationships in-person and via phone and e-mail
  • Developing new business leads
  • Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
  • Ensuring all communication with new or existing customers is logged into the CRM system
  • Preparing and analyzing data to build a sales pipeline
  • Offering professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Handling customer concerns effectively
  • Work with the Sales Manager to establish and meet sales goals
  • Identify market trends and account needs to react to market activity
  • Grow and manage your own book of business
Job Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in office and/or industrial sales
  • Advanced selling skills
  • Adept at territory development and management
  • Strong active listening, oral, and written skills
  • Advanced computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Work remotely from your own home office
  • Access to a vehicle
