They perform basic horticultural duties such as planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining and creating flowerbeds. The Groundsperson spreads topsoil, lays sod, plants flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures.
