Job Description

Job Summary.Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts and Cordis Hotels and Resorts brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.Located in our Hong Kong headquarters, this opportunity is an integral part of a dynamic Corporate Marketing team to help managing Loyalty Marketing activities around the world. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Services Manager, you will oversee LHG’s B-to-C loyalty programmes and serve as the centralized contact point for the Group’s Loyalty marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities: **

  • Support the development and enhancement on loyalty programmes in line with Group’s strategy and direction
  • Execute loyalty marketing strategies and implementation plans to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention and growth of higher-value members
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create and implement strategic personalized/engaging communications for target audience group
  • Oversee & drive robust CRM calendar, and act as gatekeeper to approve hotels’ outgoing campaigns and communications to ensure alignment with corporate identity and strategy
  • Monitor campaign progress & effectiveness, prepare reports on performance against KPIs
  • Assist to explore and develop loyalty partnership opportunities
  • Align with different stakeholders on various marketing channels and related systems to ensure up to date information and offerings are communicated to target audience
  • Manage the development of loyalty mind-set education & relevant materials and conduct training for corporate and property associates worldwide
  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring on global & regional loyalty marketing initiatives
Requirement.
  • Degree holder preferably in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years Marketing/ Loyalty Programme/ Customer Relationship Management Experience. Exposure in Hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong project management skills with an eye for details & numbers
  • Independent and proactive with ability to interact with multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Well-organized with ability to cope with multiple tasks
  • Committed team player with ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English & Cantonese ( Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient with MS Officer (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Legally authorized to work in Hong Kong SAR
