Job Summary.Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts and Cordis Hotels and Resorts brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.Located in our Hong Kong headquarters, this opportunity is an important part of a dynamic Corporate Project Planning & Analysis team. This means you’ll be joining the research on the latest new hotel expansion pipelines, presenting your findings to the business and number crunching if these opportunities are feasible for corporate investment. Reporting to the Director of Project Analysis, you will be responsible for conducting research and feasibility studies on deals and hotel business environment. This is a role based in the global headquarters in Hong Kong. There may be opportunity to travel in the future.Key Responsibilities: **· Conduct market research on global projects involving hotel and real estate market in Asia, Europe, Middle East and America· Perform financial analysis, projections, modelling, forecasting and valuation· Identify deal issues with prospective projects, make recommendations and present findings· Assist the preparation of investment proposal, drafting and deliver reporting on time and accuratelyRequirement.· Degree holder in Finance, Account, Business, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines· Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably experience inFinancial projection and return calculations and ability to produce investment analysis and proposal; Hotel experience advantageous but not essential· A logical thinker, detail-oriented and ability to work independentlyTerms of employment.Full timeJob Type: Full-timeQuick Apply
