Job Summary.Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts and Cordis Hotels and Resorts brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.Located in our Shanghai office, you will be part of a Corporate Revenue Management team to work closely with Hotel MDs/GMs, Revenue Leaders of Hotels in Greater China to provide revenue analysis in maximizing yields and assist LHG Vice President, Revenue Management, and Senior Executives to driving a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying regional performance and compensation to tangible results.Key responsibilities:Direct and oversee the implementation of Revenue objectives encompassing each hotel’s ideal business mix to achieve RevPAR Index growth and forecasting accuracy;Evaluation of markets to support pricing strategies based on perceived value of the asset across various segments and channels;Analyse all channels for distribution effectiveness to identify the channels that provide the most profitable means of distribution;Ensure achievement of annual budget by working with each sales department in securing profitable group, transient and catering business;Partner closely with Regional Sales Leaders cross function initiatives to help meeting goals and optimizing business mix at each hotel of Greater China region;Analysis of future trends, including star data, group and transient booking pace review;Work closely with the marketing function to support package approval and loading;Work with the entire revenue management team to assist in the development of tools and systems to maximize revenues and profitability;Support in recruitment and succession planning efforts for all Director of Revenue Management job openings.Requirement.Minimum 10+ years of experience in developing and leading revenue management for a global brand;With experience of working for multiple revenue business models and engaging with senior leadership;Extensive knowledge of business analytical tools;Strong financial acumen and presentation skills are required;Self-motivated, goal-oriented, results driven;Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English;Legally authorized to work in China.For more information about the company, please visit: https://www.langhamhospitalitygroup.com/Terms of employment.
