You #39;ll support daily studio operations, drive membership sales, and help lead a team dedicated to client care and community impact.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Member Experience

  • Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism.
  • Guide first-time visitors through intro sessions with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Become a trusted resource on their wellness journey.
Drive Studio Sales
  • Achieve and exceed monthly membership goals.
  • Share the StretchLab mission and clearly communicate the benefits of assisted stretching.
  • Convert trial visitors into committed, long-term members.
Support the Studio Manager
  • Assist with scheduling, team performance tracking, and motivating staff.
  • Take ownership of operations, stepping in wherever needed, from front desk to admin to studio floor.
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy environment.

Qualifications
  • Sales or customer service experience (fitness, wellness, or retail preferred)
  • Confident communicator with a passion for helping others
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic studio environment
  • A team player who understands that collaboration fuels success
  • Weekend and evening availability required
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
