Position: Construction WorkersCompany: Brighter Staffing AgencyContract Details: Full-timeBrighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking experienced Construction Workers to join our client #39;s team. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects with a diverse and dynamic team in different cities of the lower mainland.Key Responsibilities:- Perform various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery ( For those who are certified)- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans- Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions- Install and repair structures and fixtures, including roofs, floors, and walls- Operate power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project deadlines are met- Adhere to project specifications and quality standards- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools- Continuously learn and improve skills to enhance job performanceQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction work- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure- Valid driver #39;s license and reliable transportation- OSHA certification is a plusAt Brighter Staffing Agency, we value hard-working individuals who are dedicated to producing high-quality work.
