Included in some of the most exciting and award-winning construction projects across North America, Cascadia’s goal is to help revolutionize the energy efficiency of modern buildings and drive the adoption of high-performance building products.Job Description - Fenestration Product Manager:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Fenestration Product Manager to lead the development and management of our product portfolio. The Fenestration Product Manager will be responsible for refining our current product offering and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market and drive business growth.Job Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, iterative development, and experimentation to ensure the ongoing success and evolution of the product portfolio.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including concept ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product development efforts and drive successful product launches.
  • Product Prioritization: Prioritize product improvements, features, and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and resource constraints.
  • Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, championing the product vision and value proposition to stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the Fenestration industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, manufacturing methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
