Job Description

Working at our award winning - flagship showroom, the Designer and Sales Consultant is the first point of contact for retail and commercial clients, both in-person and virtually, and is responsible for generating sales as a brand ambassador. This role is also responsible for developing detailed plans and 3-D models. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop detailed plans and 3-D models, and advise on the selection of colours, finishes, and materials.
  • Coordinate and work with other Sales/Design professionals and provide support when required.
  • Generate leads, prospects, and engage with new potential clients.
  • Build a strong network by attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Track and report sales, quotes, and leads.
  • Manage incoming calls and generate quotes using QP software.
  • Resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure the showroom is in clean and operational condition.
  • Other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design software.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Well-organized problem solver with sharp detail-oriented abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
Compensation:Base + Commission $45,000 - $100,000 (OTE $70,000).
