Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional legal services across a diverse range of real estate transactions, including contract drafting and review.
  • Advise clients on zoning laws, land use regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Act as a trusted legal advisor to entrepreneurial and owner-operator clients, helping them achieve their business goals while mitigating legal risks.
  • Manage a busy practice, maintaining responsiveness and delivering top-notch client service.
  • Demonstrate a business-oriented approach by identifying growth opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Stay committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of real estate law experience in British Columbia.
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying practical legal solutions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced practice.
