This position reports directly into the General Manager and will have up to 10 direct reports. This right candidate should be able to perform detailed/on-site inspections. Track installation and completion of projects. Must have excellent communication skills/style, be a team player/leader and be able to be hands on when needed.Responsibilities:• Advise of safety requirements on each job site• Arrange storage area for materials that are delivered to job site• Check accessibility of job site, elevator, parking, and loading dock• Check for proper climate control and lights• Communicate job needs to Project Team using Project Completion Documentation• Deliver material/sundries to job site in order to expedite completion• Inspect defective material on job site• Inspect job deficiencies and determine their legitimacy• Inspect substrates for the acceptability of flooring• Keep in touch with job contacts to address their concerns immediately• Measuring areas at job sites• Schedule Installers on job sites as required• Post inspect jobs when required• Present oneself as knowledgeable professional to the internal and external customerJob Requirements:Requirements:• Minimum of 3+ years in a PM role• Construction/Flooring industry would be a definite asset• Excellent communication (verbal and written)• Team player• Want to have fun!Why work hereExcellent team oriented environment, working alongside a tenured team.
