Real Estate Lawyer (Langley Office) - 8+ Years of Experience, book of business nice, but not requiredIf you #39;re thinking of making a change and want to learn more, reach out to me at or or take the step and click, APPLY!We have an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Lawyer to join our partner #39;s growing corporate practice.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a range of real estate transactions, draft and review contracts, and provide practical business advice.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, leases, and closing documents.
  • Offer legal guidance on zoning laws, land use regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Act as a trusted legal advisor to clients, particularly entrepreneurs and owner-operators.
  • Manage a busy practice with timely responsiveness to client needs.
  • Provide innovative solutions that align with client goals and protect against legal risks.
  • Show an interest in retaining and developing new business.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of practice in BC, in good standing with the Law Society of BC.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000.00 - $250,000.00, depending on experience.
