This executive search is conducted by Nelson/Kraftamp; Associates on behalf of Capstone Asset ManagementReporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Senior Portfolio Manager, Real Estate Investments will have direct experience in the mortgage investment sector, preferably within the construction and development industry. In addition, you will have experience with special mortgage situations to enable leadership and engagement with Capstone’s strategic partners. Beyond the private lending market, you will have experience with equity real estate investments and will be capable of leading the due diligence and management of these investments with Capstone’s strategic relationships.
