Title: Sales RepresentativeLocation: Nisku, AB

Notice:Candidates willing to commute to Nisku or relocate are encouraged to apply to this posting.About Us Force is a rapidly growing leader in tubular inspection and repair whose success is founded on its uncompromising personal commitment to customer satisfaction in the delivery of quality solutions.About the Position Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible managing and growing their assigned sales territory. This role ensures customers receive consistent product quality and superior service delivery with every customer interaction, in accordance with Force’s service expectations. The Sales Representative will also foster and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers to advance the company’s overall gross profit margin and sales revenue.Your Duties
  • Maintains and upholds customer/quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Provide exceptional service to existing accounts, obtain new orders, and establish new accounts.
  • Develop and tailor sales presentations and activities using target market research.
  • Support the sales and marketing leadership team by gathering current marketplace.
  • Provides recommendations to the sales and marketing leadership team on changes in products, services, pricing and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments to improve the customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints with the operations team and making recommendations to management.
  • Ensures high level of relationship management with key customers and act as liaison or point of contact to major customer issues or concerns.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Utilizes proper records management to house historical records, while maintaining current records on assigned territory and customer sales.
  • Complies with Force Inspection’s Health & Safety program and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in in business, engineering or related field.
  • Five (5) years of previous business development experience required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight.
  • Established reputation and existing customer relationships in the oil and gas industry preferred.
  • Direct or indirect knowledge and experience in NDT, Machining, and/or OCTG products is required.
  • Hands on experience with customer relationship management software.
  • Class 5 Drivers License required for travel.
  • Must be willing and able to travel locally, long distances and internationally when required.
  • Must be bondable.
