Experience: -Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or lawn care is considered an asset but not required-Experience with machinery and lawn equipment is an asset but not requiredOur Ideal Candidate: In this role, our ideal candidate is punctual, motivated, and able to learn new skills. We look for employees who enjoy working outdoors and alongside others in a coordinated manner to achieve the desired outcomes effectively, efficiently, and enjoyably. This position is for a snow removal laborer for the winter season, employees will be tasked with operating equipment such as snow blowers, backpack blowers, ice scrapers, etc. In addition, employees will be encounter routine residential snow removal duties such as ice scraping, snow blowing, application of ice melt and so on. Emplyees are expected to be on call as the weather dictates the schedule. Shifts typically start around 7:00-8:00 AM and can vary from 4 hours to 12. This position is temporary for the winter season, however, there is a potential opportunity for employees to transition to full-time employment through the spring and summer.Reliable transportation to and from the main facility is a must.At the end of the day, we are looking for someone who is motivated, hard-working, and personable.
