Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking to fill a position as a Senior Revenue Analyst at our head office located in Les Cedres near Vaudreuil-Dorion.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the invoicing team consisting of both 5 direct and indirect reports located at bases across Canada.
  • Develop skills set to become the invoicing / accounts receivable subject matter expert.
  • Review, approve and ensure accuracy of month-end journal entries and timely closing.
  • Report on monthly revenue by sector vs previous year and budget to executive team.
  • Revenue Database management and production.
  • Manage the reporting of intercompany revenue eliminations.
  • Produce invoices for complex contracts.
  • Perform A/R aging reporting and support of collections and bad debt management.
  • Act as a primary contact for marketing and operations in the various projects.
  • Produce ad hoc analyses aimed at the development and optimization of the company #39;s revenues.
  • Coordinate the revenue budget process including data consolidation.
  • Primary contact with external auditors for all revenue related inquiries.
  • Ensure credit checks are reviewed for higher risk potential new customers.
  • Contribute to the development of accounting information systems.
  • Great communication skills (French and English).
