Job Description

Job DescriptionReporting to the Human Resources Department, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the entire recruitment process for our bases across Canada.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be required to:

  • Draft and post job openings.
  • Source qualified candidates in line with the company’s values.
  • Conduct interviews and follow the established recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Be actively involved in the staffing process.
  • Build authentic connections with candidates and present roles realistically.
  • Identify the right profiles for the positions.
