Need to have at least an understanding of farm machinery and what it does. There is some heavy lifting. Know how to use mechanics tools and recognise bolt sizes (mostly standard sizes). Read assembly manuals and think logically. Work efficiently and keep a clean work area. Working well with others is essential (mostly team work).
