Job Title – Warehouseman IIIDepartment – OperationsReports to – Service Line Manager*Job Summary*The Warehouseman III is primarily responsible for working with and assisting the Service Line Manager, handling all warehouse and distribution functions for the Liner Hanger facility. They will receive, ship, store and monitor inventory within the warehouse, in addition to assembling hydraulic and mechanical tool assemblies. They will also be responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of their assigned facility. All quality checks and Liner Hanger builds will be properly documented.Key areas of responsibility

• Assembly and disassembly of hydraulic and mechanical tool assemblies with the use of hand tools
• Read and record measurements of downhole assembly components as required by assembly SOP
• Read and assemble Liner Hanger & Running Tool Sub-Assemblies as per NCS Assembly SOP
• Prepare and fill out Sign Out and Scrap documents for Liner Hanger Jobs

• Prepare and support equipment for WBC shipping or pick up by field operations
• Responsible to lead monthly and quarterly inventory counts and regular audit counts, as required
• Pressure test equipment to ensure the safety, reliability, and leak tightness of pressure system
• Pressure test equipment to ensure the safety, reliability, and leak tightness of pressure system
• Disassemble tools, wash, paint, rebuild and maintain of tool inventory
• Operate heavy warehouse equipment, and utilize hand/or small power tools
• Operate, maintain and clean torque machine
• Maintain organize, clean shop and vehicles
• Lead as required with the quality control procedures

• Help to promote safe work practices and higher standards of performance
• Support and uphold HS&E policies and procedures of NCS and the customer
• Align individual goals with NCS’s corporate goals, while adhering to the NCS Promise
• Participate in Personal Development for Success (PDS)
• Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; required
• Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in SharePoint; asset
• Experience with heavy warehouse equipment and small power tools; asset
• Work with other teams, and exhibit communication

• Self-motivated with organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, manage priorities
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Perform physical labour when necessary, in addition to standing or travelling for long periods of time

• Ability to move or lift 25lbs – 50lbs

Additional Information

• Status: Overtime Non-Exempt
• Employment Classification: Full-time, Regular
• Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, on call rotation on weekends
• Special Equipment: Cell Phone & Laptop
• Travel: 10% domestic travel to NCS locations
• Eligibility: Bonus: 10%
