This role reports directly to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for the 2nd shift safety, staffing, and production at the plant. It is the Assistant Production Supervisor’s obligation to enforce standard operating procedures as well as Shaw Resources Policies and Procedures as they may pertain to safety and working efficiencies.
