Job Description

We’re looking for a hardworking Technician to manage and maintain the company’s network. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting all network software, hardware, and operating systems. You will respond to pending technical issues in a timely manner and ensure that all hardware, software and connectivity troubles are addressed. Since you will be using technology to help others resolve system malfunctions, a degree of computer knowledge is required. The goal is to provide end-to-end solutions to help our company run smoothly and enhance productivity.Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with clients to gather information, document details and explain procedure steps.
  • Review work orders to determine appropriate course of action.
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of machinery and equipment, including computers.
  • Install new or additional equipment, or modify existing equipment as necessary.
  • Use tools and technology to troubleshoot problems and make repairs.
  • Check completed work for accuracy, approving or compensating for errors.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
