Job Description

Overview:EXPLEO CANADA est à la recherche d’un Agent Méthode - Structure pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique en pleine croissance à Mirabel, QC. Le masculin est utilisé dans cette annonce uniquement afin d’en alléger le texte.Responsabilités:

  • Définir et rédiger des instructions et des séquences de travail à lintérieur du cahier dassemblage pour lassemblage de composants davions à laide de différentes méthodes logicielles telles que SAP, CATIA V5 et 3DVia
  • Participer à linvestigation des causes profondes des problèmes et analyser les solutions potentielles en évaluant les coûts, les impacts et les risques dun changement de production
  • Participer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre des changements de production et coordonner la première unité
  • Soutenir les activités quotidiennes de production
  • Participer aux définitions des besoins en outillage, au montage et à la mise en place de divers équipements de production selon la méthodologie optimale en tenant compte du volet santé/sécurité.
Qualifications:
  • DEC spécialisé en aéronautique (construction, maintenance), en génie mécanique dans un établissement denseignement reconnu (CEGEP)
  • Un bon niveau de connaissance du français et de langlais parlé et écrit.
  • Bonnes capacités dorganisation et de planification.
  • Être débrouillard, autonome et avez de bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité de travailler bien dans une équipe multidisciplinaire.

  • Define and write instructions and work sequences inside the assembly book for the assembly of aircraft components using different software methods such as SAP, CATIA V5 and 3DVia
  • Participate in the investigation of the root causes of problems and analyze potential solutions by evaluating the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of production changes and coordinate the first unit
  • Support daily production activities
  • Participate in the definition of tooling needs, assembly, and installation of various production equipment according to the optimal methodology, taking into account the health / safety aspect.
Qualifications:
  • DEC specializing in aeronautics (construction, maintenance), mechanical engineering in a recognized educational institution (CEGEP)
  • A good level of knowledge of spoken and written French and English.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Be resourceful, autonomous and have good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
