A220 Product Offer - Support to Product Offer ManagementAirbus is an international pioneer in the aerospace industry. The partnership markets, manufactures and supports the A220 Family worldwide.Description of the jobReporting to the Head of A220 Product Offer, the jobholder will be responsible of the following activities, but not exclusively :Offerability and Documentation:Define a template of Brochure with a Look & Feel in line with other Airbus Programs.Create a "Lighting customization" brochure, based on the already decided Scope of Offer.Create a "Seats customization" brochure: Clarify the content and structure of the customization. Specify and collect input data (technical, commercial and graphics). Create the Brochure itself and support the creation of the "Customer Definition Document" used to capture custome's demand.Update a "Trim & Finish" brochure: analyze the delta and needs for update, clarify the new scope of customization, edit the new revision of the Brochure.Support or manage ad hoc Offerability topics: collect data, represent the Offer team in build Offerability assessments,Support to Product Offer team activities (PMO)Support the organization of the Offer board with agendas and minutes.Maintain a monthly dashboard and Internal websiteHelp the creation or improvement of project tracking toolsupdate internal Offer Policy notes to reflect offerability decisionsCreate and monitor KPIs, escalate when needed.As our ideal candidate,You hold a bachelor degree in Project Management or Marketing or a related field.You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project or product management ideally in the aerospace industry.
