Job Description

IT Onboarding/Offboarding M/FPermanent position | Full-Time | Mirabel (QC)Remote work eligibility: 2 days per week max.Are you an IT Onboarding/Offboarding M/F or would you like to become oneIf your answer is yes, it’s your lucky day as we are looking for a dynamic and talented person to join our team!What will your role beIn this project, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage escalations and follow up on requests and incidents.
  • Receive, analyze and submit Onboarding/Offboarding requests from the business.
  • Keep a log of all Onboarding/Offboarding activities.
  • Perform post-onboarding activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively open requests for newcomers and departures.
  • Participate in operational meetings with all stakeholders.
  • Perform Service coordination between different IT teams.
  • Demonstrate Technical skills required to perform troubleshooting and help in resolutions.
  • Act as point of contact (facilitator) between IT central and business unit.
  • Produce operational IT ad hoc reports and KPIs.
  • Provide suggestions for continual improvement.
  • Collaborate and work with virtual teams across North America and Europe.
  • Research solutions through internal and external knowledge base when needed.
  • Contribute to technician knowledge base and training as needed.
What qualifications are we looking forYou have:
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT.
  • An experience in IT onboarding of new employees or suppliers.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite tools.
  • An experience with ServiceNow.
  • Very good analytical skills, planning and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak and write both French and English.
  • ITIL experience is an asset.
