L3 Technologies MAS, located in Mirabel (QC), is a subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies, Inc.As Manager, Material Management you will:L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Material and Inventory Management to contribute to the success and growth of our company located in Mirabel, QC. This position is responsible for strategic and tactical planning, scheduling and monitoring the efficient movement of material from Customer facilities to identified Subcontractors and L3 Harris Production operations. The position will also be responsible for developing inventory strategy to optimize demand satisfaction rates to meet contractual KPI’s, whilst reducing both company and customer inventory levels to reduce cost. The position will manage over $800m of Customer inventory across multiple contracts.Essential Functions:Tactical oversight for performance of all aspects of Supply Chain in support of the Material Management Team.Design and implement material forecasting for repairable and consumable parts meet operational requirements.Develops raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules.Manages material movement from Customer facilities to third line repair or production requirements.Develop and implement improvements to the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.Analyze and takes action on lead times with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of material to meet production and manufacturing requirements.Develop KPI and implement a broad range of measures for strategic and tactical performance for material planning and inventory management.Manage and control over $800m of repairable assets and consumable material across multiple sites whilst being compliant to corporate and contractual requirements.Work with the assigned functional and program leaders to track and coordinate all program deliverables, highlighting key program risks and putting plans in place to mitigate those risks, providing regular reports/updates on program status.Write and hold mid-year and year-end performance reviews and conduct career development discussions.Develop, drive, and execute purchasing projects. Must have functional and operational experience in the field of Material and Inventory Management.Collaboratively work with peers across the Business sector to standardize and mature material management processes.
