We combine speed, innovation and flawless execution to ensure confidence and security in the world ahead.About your next Challenge as a Project LeadReporting to the Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to prepare and manage deliverables and be the main point of contact with different teams, by following internal practices such as project management methodology and applicable regulations, standards and procedures.What You Will Do:Responsible for the planning and execution of projects:Define the scope of work, the requirements and contractual obligations;Establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and dictionary;Identify risks and associated mitigation plans;Establish the project schedule and budget in order to monitor and control performance through the Earned Value technique;Document assumptions and constraints;Prepare and communicate the Project Management Plan.Initiate projects, manage execution and ensure project performance:Initiate projects and authorize work;Monitor and control the schedule milestones and budget; validate estimates with contractual deliverables;Monitor Corrective Action Plans to ensure the success of the projects;Prepare proposals;Conduct Risk Management; identify new risk elements, evaluate potential impacts and develop mitigation plans;Prepare and execute the Communication Plan;Prepare, document and communicate the projects status to stakeholders through weekly/monthly reports and Project Review Meetings (PRMs);Lead and facilitate internal or external project team meetings;Coordinate, plan and analyze resource demand and capacity;Ensure problem resolution and manage potential conflicts;Conduct project closures and document lessons learned;QualificationsRequired Skills and Experiences:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalentMinimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or project coordination (Any equivalent combination of relevant studies and experience will be considered);Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in French and English;Experience in aeronautical environment is an asset;Demonstrate leadership, communication, planning and prioritizing skills.Results-oriented, team player, autonomous, efficient and reliable.Eligibility Criteria:Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada “Reliability” status and/or Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;Visit the Government of Canada website for more details.Location not accessible by public transport, car/carpooling required : Direction to Our FacilityKeys to Your Success:Well developed communication and presentation skills in French and English;A team player that takes initiative, is proactive and a creative member of the team.Adaptable and flexible in managing multiple priorities and an evolving, fast paced environment.What We Offer:Teleworking during COVID and possibility of long term hybrid office/home work environment depending on your role;Work-life balance with flexible working hours;Ability to accumulate a flexible 40-hour time off bank;Comprehensive benefits (flexible group insurance, Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP) and wellness programs;Employee Recognition Program;Employee Referral Bonus program;Continuous Learning and development Program.
