The partnership markets, manufactures and supports the A220 Family worldwide.Description of the jobIn your role, you will:Take the responsibility of the Project Management of one or several Head of Variant (new Airline configuration).Lead Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) weekly meetings for your respective Head of VariantDevelop, harmonize, maintain and update schedules for each phase of the Program or for each proposed change post-cert, with the Suppliers and Airbus CanadaInterface with the Project Management group and the Work Package leads, you will be responsible for managing the integration of the work package schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other work packagesIdentify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plansEnsure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables and datasets in line with the program needs and aircraft deliveriesEnsure compliance to all governing documents and processesParticipate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timelineYour daily tasks will include proactive leadership in problem resolution, tracking of product development tasks, actions and deliverables, coordinating and communicating tasks between the work packages, the Suppliers and other functions within A220.
