In this position, the Billing Clerk is responsible for reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. This position for a long-term contract is based in the Mississauga, Ontario area.What you get to do every single day

  • Full cycle billing
  • Entering drivers payroll information in the system
  • Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness
  • Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Job Requirements:
  • Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll Functions experience
  • Billing experience desired
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
  • Efficient in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP system
  • Bachelor #39;s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance
