They are recognized worldwide for their exceptional delivery of services as they continue to expand operations.The RoleAs the Collections Supervisor you are responsible for overseeing the collections team, as well as for managing collections for a portfolio of accounts. In this position you will be a key contributor to the success of the collections team as well as to the organization. This role calls for your brilliant time management skills, your passion for solving problems and exceptional communication skills.

  • Responsible for overseeing the collections team; providing training, creating work schedules, and providing timely status reports on performances and areas of concern
  • Evaluating delinquent accounts and applying credit holds where applicable
  • Set targets and calculate results for applicable collector incentive plans
  • Review and monitor employee interactions with customers to ensure all policies and regulations are adhered to
  • Work closely with operational and functional stakeholders to improve cash flow KPIs
  • Organize regular meetings with business unit partners to provide collection updates and seek alignment on action plans for collection issues
  • Run weekly reports and analysis on key KPIs including not limited to cash received, AR balance, and collection status
  • Provide month end Provision for Bad Debts (PBD) report and analysis
  • Prepare other reports and analysis as may be required
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date procedural documentation related to collections.
Job Requirements:About You
  • Exceptional communication skills and customer service centric attitude
  • Demonstrate good judgment and decision making/problem solving skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role within collections/credit
  • Experience with ERP is required as well as demonstrated knowledge of reportingamp; analysis
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, good listener, and able to synergize the team
