Job Description

At Flynn, it #39;s not just a job, it #39;s a careerThis position will be based out of our Mississauga location, reporting to the Service Manager.A Day In The Life

  • Assisting team with coding and pricing construction projects
  • Set up, maintain, and update item codes/pricing
  • Data sorting and processing
  • Compiling reports
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Request and review quotes from supplier
  • Create PO #39;s and invoice processing
  • Coordinate and schedule material delivery and pick-up
  • Outsource products and services as required
What we are Seeking
  • Excellent communication (oralamp; written), organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of skill in Excel
  • High attention to detail; conscientious
  • Knowledge in construction business and purchasing an asset but not required
