The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to drive sales through promotional efforts. As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and promoting our products and services to maximize sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Drive sales by presenting and promoting our promotional products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the Management team to schedule and participate in promotional events and campaigns.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
