The VOR Master Service Agreement which expires on April 5, 2026, leaves some Contracts with funding unassigned for fiscal 2025-26. If the current statement of work expires March 31, 2026, the remaining funds can be used to exercise an option to extend the SOW beyond March 31, 2026 based on business case approvals.
Such extensions will be allowable, only if the Master Service Agreement is extended beyond April 5, 2026 and be upon the same terms, conditions, covenants contained in the SOW.
CISO is embarking on several new projects in the near future, and are looking for someone with enterprise experience, CRM, data strategy experience, and to assist standing up a new Ministry program.
The BA will assist in the design and implementation of this new office and must be well versed in business process mapping, project charter development, and detailing business requirements.

Scope:

CISO is embarking on a series of projects to upgrade existing IT applications or build new ones.
This will require a formalized approach to documenting current and future states of workflows and data repositories; and new business requirements of new applications.
The analyst will review deconflict, modernize and digitize high sensitivity workflows to streamline outcomes and enhance service delivery.

The business analyst will review internal and external business processes and will be exposed to sensitive information relating to existing criminal intelligence operations and practices.
Produce Business requirements documents.
Visions of business processes or conceptual IT architectural diagrams.
Powerpoint presentations of findings from their analysis.
Possibly summarize test cases.
