Your Role:
  • Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide information about their coverage in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ensure all customer data is accurately entered and up-to-date in our systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
