  • Be a multi-faceted business partner that supports the needs of the organization, its business strategy and its customers.
  • Increase sales of North Star products by developing new dealer leads and working closely with the existing dealer base.
  • Understand sales budgets and targets and be able to create reports for the Director of Sales
  • Support the existing dealer base using some or all of the following methods:oTrain customers on quoting software.oAssist customers in quoting.oEducate customers on North Star products and promote new and exciting product developments as they are introduced.oDistribute sales materials such as literature and samples to new and existing dealers.oKeep abreast of current trends in the market by listening to customers and attending trade shows.oMaintain good contact and communication with prospective customers using phone, email, social media.
