Our client in Mississauga is looking for a Kanban IT Project Coordinator.RoleOur client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join the team as a Kanban IT Project Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the development team, playing a vital role in fielding client and internal development requests.You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of services and ensuring that service requests are managed effectively.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement Kanban methodologies for service delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of service delivery, from request intake to final delivery, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the Kanban process to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Track and report on service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests, both from clients and internal teams.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness of requests.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to meet service request deadlines and objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of all service requests, tracking progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks or bottlenecks and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, (Project Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (Jira/Monday.com), PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience as a programmer is a plus
  • Proven experience in Kanban methodologies and service delivery management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and practices
  • Basic understanding of business processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple service requests concurrently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
