Our dynamic and human-sized team is eager for you to become part of the Rand family.Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising products in respect to our visual guidelines
  • Making sure all scheduled visits are met.
  • Organize displays and monitor inventory and taking inventory.
  • Ensure displays look neat and visually pleasing.
  • Being our eyes and ears of what is happening in the field.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Availability to work 5 business days a week.
  • Must have their own car and valid driver’s license
  • Must be comfortable driving to multiple locations within a day.
  • Must be able to understand planograms.
  • Must be in constant communication with territory supervisor.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach and climb ladders on occasion.
  • Ability to lift minimal weight (20-30 lbs)
  • Excellent visual and organizational and people skills
  • Ability to take photos of store displays and submit them accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently or group situation.
  • Must be an excellent problem solver.
  • Having an eye for visual presentation is an asset.
