You will be the key leader in the successful operation and build a well-trained and customer-oriented team. You will oversee business operations and facility management, mentor and guide the operations management team and leverage automated warehouse and systems technology to maximize customer service.If you are results oriented with a focus on customer service along with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, then this role is for you!This position is Onsite #LI-OnsiteAbout the RoleManage the automated materials handling environment, associated systems software, RF order processing, routing and delivery of customer orders. Participates in the refinement of system methods and operations proceduresCollaborate with the Commercial Services teams and ensure the operation meets or exceeds the agreed upon SLA’s. Develop, establish, and monitor business goals to enhance performance results in accordance with SLA, KPI, and budget targetsMaintain strong communication links with other LCBO departments and GTA Service Centre staffMonitor the facilities maintenance program to ensure uninterrupted customer service and compliance with preventative maintenance program.Achieve overall daily and long-term production and operations objectives through coordination and general management guidance in the areas of receiving, order processing and shippingParticipate in developing overall daily production objectives and monitors progress of scheduled tasks to ensure overall achievement of goalsIn the absence of the Director, Distribution Services assumes full responsibility for managing the GTA Service CentreParticipates and attends management/union meetings, as necessaryEnsure that all Healthamp; Safety standards are adhered to, and Healthamp; Safety Committee meetings are held in a timely mannerEnsure that all work is performed in an environmentally responsible manner with appropriate awareness of environmental implications of decisions made and actions performedAbout You5 Years management experience in an automated warehouse environment utilizing radio frequency data transmission, materials handling equipment and conveyor systemsDemonstrate business analysis, production planning and reporting capabilitiesProven ability to motivate, train and mentor in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills and experience managing in a unionized environmentExperience in budget preparation, cost/expense control and capital planningThorough knowledge of Occupational Healthamp; Safety Act and WHIMISAbility to utilize general PC programs and Warehouse Management SystemsPlease submit your resume via Workday by 11:59pm on the deadline date.We appreciate your interest and advise that only those selected for an interview will be contacted.There is a world of opportunities at the LCBO…Join an organization where you can be challenged while achieving your true potential.
