The primary goal of a Marketingamp; Promotions Assistant is to help our client advance by assisting the field marketing and sales teams and extending their reach in our community through one-on-one engaging, educational product tours. By developing your skills in our client #39;s services, you will boost sales, generate brand interest, and cultivate relationships with new clients to expand the sales pipeline.The Marketingamp; Promotions Assistant Responsibilities:

  • You will be in charge of overseeing all end-to-end sales duties, such as providing customer support and cultivating client connections.
  • Participate in daily workshops and training sessions to broaden your product knowledge and keep up with all of our clients #39; offerings, costs, and services.
  • Gain product expertise and engage in active listening with clients and customers to convert that understanding into customized solutions for every customer encounter.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally responding to consumer questions, issues, and grievances.

Marketingamp; Promotions Assistant Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in promotions, customer service, sales, or a client-facing role or a genuine interest in marketing, sales, and business development
  • Results-driven, solution-oriented mindset with a track record for setting and achieving goals
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Personable, infectious positive attitude, and easily approachable
  • You are comfortable working in a team setting, meeting new people, and stepping outside your comfort zone
  • Possess a fierce passion for learning and relentless desire for a growing careers
  • Regular access to a vehicle is preferred
