DescriptionThe Support Representative, Shipment Resolution, resolves problem and return shipments within the assigned terminal in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesSchedule - Monday to Friday FLOAT, 20 hours per week, Various shiftsContact customers or colleagues to obtain and enter package information or resolve delivery issues Scan, sort, and reorganize undelivered freight and process freight damagesPrepare packages for redelivery (tracking data, labels, repackaging, etc.)Inspect damaged packagesUse computer applications (i.e., Salesforce) to track completed customer shipments and review and close case logsAudit arrivals and communicate any delays to the Unit Manager and Regional Retail ManagerAdditional ResponsibilitiesEducationExperience3 months experience in customer serviceSkillsOperations ManagementOperations PlanningOperations ProceduresShipping and Receiving OperationsPOSTING DETAILSLocation:490 - Mississauga EastWorking Conditions: Warehouse Environment; Retail Center Environment Posting Number: 65748We are aware of a fraudulent website that appears to mimic the Purolator careers page.
