Job DescriptionAre you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for leading innovative projects in the pharmaceutical sector Eurofins CDMO Alphora is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and drive the success of our critical projects.As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that bring life-changing therapies to market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and deliver client quotation with the Business Development Executive as well as staff from the technical team such as Researchamp; Development, Analytical Services, Operations, Drug Product Operations, etc;
  • Incorporate client requirements derived from written contracts into a documented project plan in collaboration with project teams composed of technical staff from Research + Development, Analytical Services, Operations, Drug Product Operations, etc;
  • Monitor, track and control progress of projects to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of contractual agreements and productive relationships with clients;
  • Identify impediments to meeting timelines, budgets or achieving service/product quality and support on-site leadership to the project team in reaching solutions satisfactory to the clients;
  • Act as the key project contact in communications with clients on matters related to the project including but not limited to development, production, financial and commercial aspects of the project;
  • Prepare and facilitate the halfway-project evaluation;
  • Adhere to project management systems such as practices, templates, policies, tools, etc;
  • Support program advancement through participation of operational, project update, and financial meetings and reporting as necessary;
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Alphora’s capabilities and capacity.
