Job Description

Looking for an opportunity in a booming marketManpower is currently hiring Retail Sales Representative for our client Purolator. Don #39;t miss this opportunity to be part of a national organization that plays an important role in the lives of all Canadians.What #39;s in it for You* Mon-Fri 5 pm to 8.30 pm * $17 per hour (Weekly pay)* Temp to perm opportunityDuties-

  • Serving customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person
  • Up-selling and cross selling Corporate products and services
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries
  • Working to resolve problem shipments
  • Working to resolve equipment and technology challenges
  • Working with and building a positive relationship with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, and other Corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service
  • Building a positive relationship with customers; key contacts - vendors, building tenants, etc
  • Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges
  • Loading, scanning, logging and calling resolution freight
  • Cash reconciliation including deposits, key control
  • Compliance to all corporate policies and procedures (including uniforms)
  • Adhering to all safety standards
  • Being on time/attendance
  • Living the Purolator values Representing the Purolator values to customers and key partners
  • Ability to lift 70lbs/stand for 3 hour intervals
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other unskilled general labor. Includes all unskilled manual laborers not elsewhere classified.
Experience required-
  • 3-12 months using technology/POS system experience preferred
