Please reference Salesforce ArchitectAs the Salesforce Solutions Architect will proactively and holistically lead and partner with various business and technical teams to guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions. This individual is accountable to align development teams to the concepts and understanding of the business goals, objectives, and outcomes.Responsibilities:Candidate will be designing systems and solutions and will lead solution deliveryPartner with business, architecture and infrastructure team for solution definition, development, and implementation. Ensure that solution being developed will satisfy business requirementUtilize your expertise with Salesforce and integration architecture and own the design and subsequent improvementsCreate design and work with other SMEs and functional experts to implement solutionPerform business requirements gathering, designing, and implementing solution using Salesforce and integrating other Element standard applications such as SAP ERP and internalamp; external custom applicationsCurrent understanding of best practices regarding system security measuresExperience in software engineering and design architecture Key Qualifications:Experience as a solutions architect3+ years developing salesforce solutionsHistory working with JavaStrong technical breadth and depth in support of the large enterprise IT design, implementation, operations, and modernizationCurrent understanding of best practices regarding system security measuresNice to Have:Front end dev experience Soft Skills:Demonstrated ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved; Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectivesInterview Process: We are working exclusively with the hiring manager on this position.
