With 120+ offices and over 12,000 specialists worldwide, we deliver people and workforce services that transform global projects in Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, Future Mobility, Mining, and Renewable Energy.About the roleWe are growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support our team by being assigned directly to one of our biggest pharmaceutical clients. You will be responsible for the full recruitment process to help support our clients in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Biotechnology Industries.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Cultivate strong ties with hiring managers and team leads for effective collaboration.
  • Immerse in the client #39;s culture to convey it authentically to potential candidates.
  • Implement diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for technical and cultural alignment.
  • Promote and enhance the client #39;s employer brand within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Use metrics and analytics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on a seamless onboarding process to ensure a positive integration for new hires.
  • Qualifications and Work Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting in the science industry
  • RPO Experience is nice to have
  • Ability to form instant and long-lasting relationships
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
  • Confident and driven ability to work in a self-directed environment
