Job Description

Senior Solutions Developer On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Solutions Developer. Senior Solutions Developer – Job Description

  • Develop, test and deploy Document Composition applications
  • Work with business and technology partners to gather requirements, design and deliver the projects according to the timeline
  • Work with IT Infrastructure team to build, upgrade and support the platform hardware and software components
  • Create technical documentation including SSDS (Simplified System Design Specification)
  • Develop and test application code per application specifications
  • Create implementation documentation and Change Orders for deployments
  • Review technical deliverable from peers
  • Provide L2/L3 team with technical support as required
  • Contribute to the team knowledge base
Senior Solutions Developer – Mandatory Skills
  • High level understanding of Document or Content management systems
  • DevOps Version control knowledge (GIT, Jenkins, Nexus)
  • Application Server/Middleware (WebSphere and JBoss)
  • Web Services and API (HTTP, REST, SOAP, WSDL, RAML)
  • Databases (Oracle or SQL Server)
  • Bankingamp; Finance domain experience Recommended skills and knowledge:
  • Experience with Linux Operating System - 5 years
  • Experience with Shell scripting - 5 years
  • Database experience - 5 years
Senior Solutions Developer - Nice to Have Skills
  • Applied programming experience in languages e.g., Python and Java
  • Working experience of tools like Jiraamp; Confluence
  • High level understanding of Document or Content management systems
  • DevOps Version control knowledge (GIT, Jenkins, Nexus)
  • Application Server/Middleware (WebSphere and JBoss)
  • Web Services and API (HTTP, REST, SOAP, WSDL, RAML)
