Job Description

Position: Technical Support Specialist Location: Canada, , Mississauga, ON Status: Full Time, Permanent Qualifications:

  • Electronics Engineering Technology diploma with 2+ years in installation and electro-mechanical technical support for security products.
  • Excellent communication skills; knowledge of French or Spanish and CRM experience are assets.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
Overview:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist sales and customer service with product selection, order accuracy, and technical testing.
  • Create training materials for product usage and troubleshooting and evaluate new products.
  • Work flexible hours, including some evenings and Canadian holidays, to support U.S. customers.
