With our aggressive schedule of planned growth in the Greater Moncton NB area, we are recruiting a Construction Site Superintendent to help us manage our on-going projects.Responsibilities· Solid understanding and hands-on experience with new home construction processes and procedures· Managing projects to ensure on-time and on-budget results· Assist in the management and coordination of all trades on site· Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively· Performing regular site inspections for construction quality, timeliness, and safety· Provide construction technical oversight and guidance to trades· Provide day-to-day supervision of the job sitesExperience· Experience in residential construction· Red Seal trade certificate in carpentry or equivalent trade experience· Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively· 3+ years of construction experience· Excellent knowledge of all technical aspects of construction· Able to read construction plans and engineering reportsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking career advancement and a diversity of tasks and new challenges.
