The role requires drive and a sense of accountability.Duties and Responsibilities: · Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of employees· Meet work schedule and co-ordinate work activities with other offices or subcontractors.· Requisition and ordering of materials and supplies.· Resolve work issues and recommend work measures to improve productivity.· Train or arrange for training for employees· Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, termination, performance reviews, etc.· Ensure standards for safe working conditions are adhered to.· Manage operations, customer relations and quality assurance.· Complete job site inspections and ensure adherence to all company and legislated safety rules, policies and procedures.· Respond to safety incidents and/or inquiries from workers in a timely manner.· Provide coaching and feedback to employees.· Ensure project plans, timelines and industry standards are met.· Track employee productivity.· Seek new business opportunities and new clientsJob Requirements: · 5+ years of directly related field experience within the telecommunications industry.· 3+ years of management experience.· Strong communication.· Strong interpersonal skills (including conflict management and managing people).· Effective problem solving skills.· Exceptional time management and organizational skills.· Self-disciplined, motivated and organized.· Must have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel· Valid drivers license (Air brake endorsement ,Class 3 or higher considered an asset)· Willingness to work overtime, weekends or on emergency call outs as required.· Completion of High School, post secondary is consider an assetJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
