We are looking for hard working dedicated employees who enjoy physical activity and a job that will both challenge and reward you. Employees who are able to work on their own as well as with a crew to perform snow removal services for commercial customers. Must be comfortable working outside in winter weather conditions in order to perform essential duties of this position.Positions available:Heavy machine operatorsSnow plow operatorsSnow shoveling and saltingDuties & Responsibilities: · Ability to work shift work including early morning and late nights.· Must work on schedule, set by Crew Chief and/or Supervisors.· Must be available on call at all times.· Must be comfortable working outside in winter weather conditions in order to perform essential duties of this position.· Must frequently lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds.· Must be able to perform physical duties and have the ability to walk, stand and crouch for extended periods of time.· Clear and maintain parking lots, driveways, walkways and staircases.· Must follow all Health and Safety Regulations including wearing required PPE.Education and/or Experience: · Experience operating snow blowers, and related snow removal tools/equipment is an asset· Experience with a snow plow truck, tractor, wheel loader and salt truck for employees applying for plowing jobs.Requirements: · Snow plow operators – Valid Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
