The ideal candidates will be bilingual in French and English, capable of operating wheel loaders safely and effectively. The primary responsibility will be to unload inbound and load outbound materials according to load manifests, while meticulously keeping track of all loads entering and leaving the mine site.Key Responsibilities:

  • Loader Operation:
    • Safely and effectively operate wheel loaders to unload inbound and load outbound materials as per load manifests.
    • Ensure proper handling and movement of materials to prevent damage and ensure safety.
  • Tracking and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all loads in and out of the mine site.
    • Ensure thorough and precise documentation of material movements.
  • Direction and Coordination:
    • Follow directions closely to ensure efficient and safe operations.
    • Coordinate with other team members and departments as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in operating wheel loaders or similar heavy equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in documentation and operations.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or mining environment is an asset.
